The Author
Cristina, the author, trained as a reiki master teacher after nearly three decades in high-pressure leadership roles. Her reiki journey led her to the creation of Leadership Reiki; She wanted to share the tools she wished she had before.
She combines deep corporate insight with holistic wellness techniques to support sustainable performance. Her Leadership Reiki method helps senior professionals lead with clarity, presence, and purpose.

Leadership Reiki Training
Like Usui Reiki, there are three levels of Reiki Training: Beginner, Professional, and Master / Teacher.
Leadership Reiki offers 3 different training delivery methods:

Online pre-recorded training: for those who want flexibility in their learning schedule, setting their own pace and timelines.

Online live training: delivered in small groups over 2 days, for those who value real-time interaction, scheduled sessions, and direct support.

Leadership Reiki In-person training has been designed to be delivered as in-company training through Talerion Ltd.
If you are interested in learning Leadership Reiki (or Usui Reiki) for your personal benefit, without future professional aspirations, consider which delivery methodology suits you, your needs and time constraints best.
If your objective is to start the learning journey to become a professional practitioner, please be aware that different standards are recognised in different countries eg in the UK, primarily in-person training is required for Levels 1 and 2, however other countries accept fully online training.
